Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customised using an application that is specifically designed for. You can save maps of your home and create cleaning schedules and select the mopping mode you prefer. You can also adjust the suction power, as well as the amount of water the mop is using.

A mapping function helps your robot navigate around rooms. An obstacle avoidance feature prevents it from running over furniture, wires or other toys. These are must-have features in my house, filled with strewn-about toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum, so it is naturally with a host of features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and even raise its brushes or mop pads to ensure that soft surfaces don't get wet. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, with the ability to spot pets plants, a variety of small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation, which tracks its position, preventing it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can continuously apply pressure to the pad at more than 6 Newtons to give a thorough clean. It also features an automatic mop lifting mechanism, which lifts the pad when it goes from laminate to tile, hardwood to carpet and rugs to avoid the possibility of soaking these soft surfaces.

In addition in addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be washed and dried in the dock, and the dust bin will get emptied and automatically returned to it.  Best robot vacuum cleaner UK  can set it and forget it, only needing to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. I tested it with its standard vac and mop settings for around 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and return to its base for a recharge. This is not far off of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids I've tried.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only drawback is that it's pricey. But, the sheer number of features makes it a very appealing alternative for anyone who wishes to get rid of their old stick vacuums and mop. We would highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combination. Its price is justified by its impressive feature set, which includes an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mops. It has an app-enabled smart control system and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is one of the highest robotic vacuum and mop combinations available. In my testing it was able to perform well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of debris from all floors and managing to lift long hair with no getting caught in. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

The docking station is the primary selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and sophisticated. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag for dirt, fills up the tank with water to use for mopping and even dries your mop pads. It also features a real-time hazard detection system and allows you to schedule regular cleaning sessions with its intelligent controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance when compared to the other hybrid vacuum mops I tested. In addition, its mops aren't as adept at removing tough stains like those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features, it still requires regular maintenance. To prevent the growth of mildew or unpleasant smells, the base station dustbag, water, and tanks need to be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads which are bought separately will need to be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. If you're on a tight budget I would suggest a less basic model that will allow you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best robot mop and vacuum you could buy however, its cost and constant maintenance would make it more a want than need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you require to get rid of messes and clean dirt off your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop combo comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power. It also boasts a large battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. It is also equipped with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It also comes with an automatic mop that cleans itself while moving, which makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that need to return to their base station mid-cleaning to wash off the mop's pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is different from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it gets a constant supply of clean, ozonated filtered water from the dock. When it turns, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper.  More Material  removes the dirty mop water in its base station, where it is sucked by the heater elements of the tank and empty into a larger storage container. The tank onboard can hold a good amount of water, and can handle up to a half dozen mopping session before running out.

Like most robotic vacuums and mop combos like the S1 Pro is ready to take it out from the box. It will need to be filled with clean water, however this is easy to do within the cleaning dock. If you want to use your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to the dock. If you decide to use this feature, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands, allowing you to use your choice of cleaning solutions.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, just like the majority of robots. It was quick to map out a space and navigated around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with thick piles several times during my tests. However it could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers a lot of functionality at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level vacuum and mop, but it still has some impressive features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks, and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system can sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's powerful suction is great for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is dense, and offers various options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually clean all areas mapped by this device or choose individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a custom routine you've designed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mops to map the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo performed well during our tests, just like all the Roborock models we've tested. Its navigation system is robust it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in a systematic manner. The default pathing setting does an excellent job of covering a room, with no major gaps or missed areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective, though it's not as advanced as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets that are thick, but it may not be able recognize smaller items such as electrical wires and rug tassels.

This device has a major flaw: it does not have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum a lot before using their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple alternative: the app has the option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This lets you utilize the mopping function of the vacuum to eliminate the last traces of debris and dust left behind by your vacuuming. It's a nice touch, and it helps the robot get rid of a bit better than its competitors with lower prices.
